Per throw: an internal identifier, the payment reference from Stripe, the payment status, the amount and currency, the timestamp, the verdict you were given, your HUMAN number, and the referral code that brought you here, if any. We also record your acknowledgement that you asked for immediate delivery.

No card numbers, no names, no addresses, no accounts. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never reaches our systems.

We process this data to perform the contract with you (delivering the experience), to comply with accounting and tax obligations, and for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the counter.

The site keeps a referral code and your sound preference in your browser. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

Stripe processes payments. Our hosting and database providers store the records above.

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@ipay5.com with your Stripe receipt reference. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

Payment and invoicing records are kept for 10 years, as required by Romanian accounting law. Records not needed for that purpose are deleted within 24 months, or earlier on a valid erasure request.
