IPAY5 is entertainment. You pay $5 and a five dollar bill falls into a hole. You receive a HUMAN number and a verdict. That is the entire product.

A number, a verdict, and a share card. No goods are shipped, no service is performed, and nothing of monetary value is returned to you.

You must be 18 or older and able to make a payment lawfully where you live.

Payments are processed by Stripe. IPAY5 never sees or stores your card details. The amount is $5 USD per throw, plus any tax required in your location.

The digital content is delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed. Before paying, you must expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose any applicable statutory right of withdrawal. All sales are final.

No automated payments, no attempts to manipulate the counter, and no attempts to access results that are not yours.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Write to hello@ipay5.com first; we answer complaints within 30 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform or, in Romania, the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

Romanian law governs these terms, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to customers under the law of their country of residence.
